St James Community Garden

We are delighted to be able to offer our church garden for our local community and we are proud of the pleasure it brings to so many. Everyone is welcome.

We are working hard to make it an ever more lovely space to enjoy and relax in. Over the 12 months to March 2026 we added over 2,500 litres of new soil and 450 litres of farmyard manure to the flower beds, 40 metres of steel flowerbed edging, planted some 60 new shrubs and plants, and planted some 300 spring bulbs. We’re hoping for an abundance of flora in the coming months for our garden visitors to enjoy, and we have more plans!
